The quickest way to reach us
Call (727) 513-4261. Describe what you are seeing and where in the house, and whether you rent or own. If it is a WDO report for a sale, have the closing date and the lender’s name ready, because that sets how fast the report has to be turned around.

Sending the form instead
The form at the top of this page asks for four things: your name, a phone number, the property address and what you need help with. The address matters more than it seems. It tells us whether the house sits on a slab or a crawl space, whether it is in a flood zone, and which technician is closest. Add a line in the details box if there is anything we should know, such as a dog in the yard, a gate code or a tenant who needs notice.
What happens after you get in touch
- 01We call you back to set a time for the visit.
- 02The technician inspects, explains what was found, and leaves or sends a written price.
- 03If you go ahead, treatment is booked around you, with prep instructions for anything like tenting or a bed bug treatment.
Where we go
St. Petersburg and the south end of Pinellas County. See the service area map, or the pages for Pinellas Park, Gulfport and St. Pete Beach.
