This page explains what this website collects when you contact us, why, and what happens to it. Last reviewed October 8, 2026.

What we collect

When you send the inspection form we receive your name, phone number, the property address, the service you picked and anything you type in the details box. When you phone us, your number appears on our call log. We do not ask for payment details, dates of birth or anything else through this site.

Why we collect it

Only to call you back, arrange an inspection at the address you gave and prepare a price for that property. A WDO report also needs the address to be printed on the state form.

Who sees it

The people who schedule and carry out the work, and the service that delivers the form to our inbox. We do not sell your details, trade them, or pass them to marketing companies. If a lender or title company asks for a WDO report you ordered, it goes to the parties you tell us to send it to.

Cookies and tracking

Like most websites, this site may use basic tools that measure visits and calls, such as call tracking that shows which page a call came from. These tools may set cookies. We do not use them to sell your details or show you ads. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not turn into a job are deleted within twelve months. Inspection reports and treatment records are kept for as long as Florida rules and any termite warranty require.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call (727) 513-4261 and we will deal with it.
