Pages here describe termites, pests and treatments in general terms for homes in and around St. Petersburg. They are a starting point, not a diagnosis. What your house needs is decided by an inspection of that house.

Prices

Every figure on this site is an estimate based on typical south Pinellas homes. A price is only binding once it is written down for your property after an inspection, and it may differ from the ranges shown here.

Treatment agreements and warranties

Treatments, termite warranties and renewal terms are governed by the written agreement given to you before work begins. If anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the agreement applies.

Booking requests

Sending the form asks for a call back. It does not book a time slot or commit you to any work, and we may decline jobs outside the area we cover.
